Ingredients
595g Stewing steak, trimmed of all fat1 Onion, sliced/chopped 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced1 Beef Stock Cube (Knorr)500ml Boiling Water (to make up stock)15g Gluten Free (or normal) flourSteak Seasoning
Directions
The reason the cooking time is so quick is because I used a pressure cooker. This recipe could also be used in a slow cooker or casserole, but obviously would take a lot longer to cook.

Dice the steak, removing as much fat as possible. Place in a mixing bowl with the seasoning and gluten free flour and toss together, coating all the pieces.
Dry Fry the onion and pepper together in the open pressure cooker until softened (add a little water if necessary). Add the steak and brown slightly. Dissolve the stock cube in the boiling water and add to the steak, onion and pepper. Stir gently to mix and make sure the steak doesn't stick to the bottom. Put the lid on the pressure cooker, bring to pressure and cook on high (15lb) for 20 minutes.

Serve with choice of vegetables (not included in calorie count)

You could of course also add tinned tomatoes to this recipe. I don't as my eldest daughter doesn't like tomato.
