Ingredients
*Couscous-Casbah- whole wheat 1/4 cup dry=3/4 cup cooked, 2.667 serving (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.666 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Parsley, 0.666 cup (remove)*Fresh: Green Onions, 25 gram (remove)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)Raisins, 25 grams (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1.666 fl oz (remove)black pepper to taste
