0.75 cup Butter, unsalted 0.40 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Coconut, sweetened 1 cup chips (6 oz package) Semisweet chocolate 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 0.50 cup Granulated Sugar 0.50 cup Oat Bran 0.50 cup Wheat bran, crude 125 Vital wheat gluten 60 Heath Bites 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt .5 fl oz Milk, 1%
Directions
mix similar to any cookie recipe.
drop 2 Tbsp onto baking sheet.
bake 10 minutes for chewing, longer for crisp.
may use less chocolate chips, if desired.
