2 tbsp part-skim ricotta cheese2 slices whole grain bread1 tsp honeypinch + 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tbsp sliced almonds1 egg1 tbsp 1% milkhandful of berries
Spread room temp ricotta on slice of bread. Drizzle honey over cheese, sprinkle pinch of cinnamon. Top with almonds and 2nd slice of bread. Whisk together egg, milk and rest of cinnamon. Dip bread in egg mixture & cook over medium heat in non stick pan until brown and cheese is melted. Serve with handful of berries. 1 serving
