Spicy Pinto Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cans pinto beans (drained and rinsed)1 cup diced onion1 cup frozen corn1 cup salsa (however hot you like it!)1 can low sodium beef broth1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Heat oil in soup pot.

Cook onions slowly until caramelized.

Add all other ingredients and simmer on low for 1 hour.

Makes 5 servings.

(Sodium info is kind of high because it doesn't take into consideration that the beans are rinsed)
