46 oz v-8 juice, frozen mixed veggies, diced tomatoes, and beef tips if you like...
Makes 12 1 cup servings....brown beef tips, add all ingrediants and a couple of bay leaves for added flavor,,,add a couple of cups of water and bring to a boil....let simmer for about an hour..
