Ingredients
4 Cups shredded red or green cabbage1 Sliced cucumber1 Sliced red onion1 Large clove of garlic1 Medium green pepper1 Medium carrot shredded or sliced thin1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper3 or 4 pkgs of Splenda2 1/2 TBS apple cider vinegar1 TBS olive oil1 TBS water1 TBS dill1 TBS celery seed
Directions
Combine cabbage, cucumber, onion, garlic, peppers, and carrots, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Chill for at least an hour before serving. Serving size 1 cup.
