Buckwheat Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, .75 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .75 cup Garlic, 3 cloves Buckwheat, .25 cupChili powder, 1 tsp Vegetable Broth, 2 cup Beans, black, 1.5 cup Bay Leaf, .5 tsp, crumbled Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp Lime Juice, .25 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels
Directions
Heat oil in saucepan over madiun heat. Add onion and bell pepper, and saute 5 mins. Add garlic, buckwheats, and chili powder and saute 3 mins more. sitr in broth, beans, corn, bay leaf, and 2 cups water and season with salt and pepper, if desired. cover bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium low and simmer 20 mins. or until BW is tender. stir in cilantro and lime juice.

this made approximatly 6, 1 cup servings for me
