Chicken & Squash Goulash

Ingredients
1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (mine were frozen)2 medium sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled & diced1.5 cups cooked spaghetti squash1 can organic butternut squash (pureed)4-5 cloves roasted garlic1 chicken bouillon cube prepared with 1 cup water1 tbsp pepper1 tbsp poultry seasoning3 tsp half salf2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp allspice
Directions
In a large crockpot or slow cooker, toss in the chopped sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash and garlic. Place chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with spices. Dump the can of pureed squash on top of the chicken and pour the mixed chicken broth over the top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Shred the chicken breasts when cooked through and mix well.

Adding onions, apple sauce or other root veggies would work really well in this dish and would make the calorie difference per serving negligible.
