strawberry ice cream

Ingredients
small box jell-o sugar free-fat free instant cheescake pudding mix1 cup skim milk16 oz. frozen strawberries ( any frozen berries you like)
Directions
In food processor put in frozen berries, pudding mix and milk. Process until berries are blended and mixture is thick like soft ice cream. Using a muffin baking pan put 1/2 cup in each muffin and freeze for later use. Can take out of freezer after frozen and keep frozen in small containers. Makes 12 each of 1/2 cup servings.
