Spinach and Strawberry Salad with Gorgonzola

Ingredients
1/2 package of fresh spinach (10 oz package)2 cups Strawberries, quartered or sliced1/2 of a large yellow bell peppers1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
Directions
Toss all ingredients.
(Gorgonzola can be left out and added to individual servings @ 2 Tbsp per serving)

Top with Annie's Goddess dressing (not included in count). I use 1Tbsp. per serving. You can also garnish with craisins.
