Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
2 quarts Low sodium, FF chicken broth1 package no-fat Pioneer country gravy mix1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped white onions3 cups Cauliflower cut into 1 inch florets ( fresh or frozen)Fresh ground black pepperMrs. Dash original
Directions
Put chicken broth in soup pot,,,whisk in gravy mix....add onions,
green pepper, and ca15uliflower cut into 1 " pieces ( can use frozen or fresh).
Simmer until all vegetables are cooked...and season to taste with the black pepper and/or Mrs. Dash..
Remove 2 cups and puree..add back to soup for extra creamy texture..
10 cups....1-WW point per 1 1/2 cup serving...!!
