Egg substitute salad

Ingredients
1/2 c. Egg beaters1 1/8 c. liquid egg whites (18 tbsp)2 tbsp Light Miracle Whip.2 tbsp dill relish1 tsp dijon mustard1 tbsp yellow mustard1 tsp paprikasalt & pepper (optional)
Directions
1. Combine egg beaters and egg whites with salt, peper, and paprika in a small bowl.

2. Heat a medium skillet over low heat.

3. Add egg mixture to skillet, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Remove from skillet and allow to cool, then dice.

5. Combine, relish, dijon mustard, miracle whip, and diced eggs.
