Ground Turkey Meat Loaf with Oat Bran

Ground Turkey, 341 gramsEgg, fresh, 1 large Oat Bran, .20 cup Catsup, 1 tbsp 1 tsp Dijon or whole grain mustardLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 clove1 tsp Sea Salt1 tsp pepper.25 tsp sage
Saute garlic, onions, bell pepper after cutting very small. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly. Spray small loaf pan or four individual loaf pans. Add turkey mixture. Bake in 350 oven for 50-55 minutes. Internal temp should be 165. You can spread a little catsup on top, it looks better that way.
