NOODLESS SPAGETTI?!

Ingredients
1/2 cup of spagett sauce. I get the off brand that is 70 cals per serving (1/2 a cup)1 cup of minute instant brown rice1 cup of fresh mushrooms3 slices of onion3 rings of green bell pepperonion powdergarlic powderparsleypepper
Directions
*In one single pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil
*Add 1 cup of brown rice, let it cook for 5 minutes and soak up some water
*Add the 1/2 cup of spagetti sauce
*Then throw in chunks of chopped onion and sliced up pepper. Season to liking... I pile with garlic powder and parsely :)
*Near the end, then throw in the mushrooms. You dont want them cooking to long to be soggy. You want them cooks but still fresh and stiff.
