1 1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese1/2 cup fat free half and half1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 teaspon seasoning salt1/3 cup balsamic vinegar1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into your food processor or blender, and let it blend until smooth and creamy!
