Banana Oat Pancake (all Banana, no PB, cows milk)

Ingredients
3 Tbsp raw oats3 Tbsp milk (this recipe uses cows 2%, but any soy or almond milk will work)1/2-1 tsp cinnamon1 banana1 Tbsp ground flax seed (can also use wheat germ)
Directions
Mash all ingredients together with a fork.

Heat and grease a pan over medium heat.

Cook 3-5 minutes per side. (Make sure side has firmed up enough to flip, otherwise it gets messy!)
