Spinach dal

Ingredients
Frozen spinach - 1 cupmoong dal - 1 cupsaltolive oildried red pepperscumin seedsurad dalmustard seeds
Directions
Cook the dal and spinach together.
In a pan heat some oil, add the mustard, wait till they splutter, add the urad dal, cumin and red pepper. Then add the cooked dal and salt, simmer for couple of mins.
Serve with rice / rotis etc, or eat as a soup
