Raspberry Banana Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
1Medium Frozen Banana1c frozen Raspberries1/2c of bottled WaterPrepared Chia Seed Pudding (2Tb Chia Seeds in 4oz of Almond milk leave to sit over night)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a good quality blender and liquefy till smoothie like consitency.

I didn't add any sugar as I feel the fruit provides it. I even added it to a plastic container that I had looks store bought. lol

Delicious and yummy very satisfying!
