Shrimp Korma

Ingredients
1-2 tsp ground Tumeric1 tbsp olive oil3/4 pound cooked and peeled and deviened shrimp1 tbsp coriander3 tbsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin2 cardomon pods, lightly crushed1 large onion chopped1 tsp Ginger Paste1 tbsp ground almonds300ml (10 fl oz) Greek Gods Greek Yogurt Traditional Plain
Directions
coat shrimp in the tumeric and refrigerate for 30 min
add water to blend all other spices into a paste
cook onions in olive oil until browned
add spice paste to onions add ginger paste and almonds,and cook 2 minutes
add yogurt and simmer 3 minutes
finally add shrimp and stir until well blended and shrimp is heated up - 3 mins

Makes 4 cups of Korma

Usually served over plain rice. I did not calculate rice in this recipie.
