Fake sausage and rice casserole

2 cups rice cooked with turmeric and evoo, and parsley1 package of morning star breakfast patty1 cup ricotta1 T grated parmesian2 T parsley2 T pimentos chopped 3 large stalks of celery sauted in 1 T butter1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 1/2 T wheat germ
Preheat 350 oven
I used precooked rice(from the 2 nights before that was flavored with turmeric, evoo and parsley)
Spray 9*12 baking pan with Pam. Saute’ chopped celery in small sauce pan.
Layer rice into bottom of baking pan. Top with quartered thawed morning star patties. Combine ricotta, parmesian, pimentos and parsley. Layer that mixture over patties. Spread evenly so all sausage is covered. Pour celery evenly over white ricotta. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over celery and finally 1 and half T wheat germ.
Bake 30 minutes. Makes 6 slices. Serve with side of salad or fruit.
