Ingredients
1 cup besan / chickpea flour2 tsp. soypower1 tomato, chopped3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. garam masala1 tsp. tumeric1/2 tsp. cumin seeds1/2 tsp. hing1 cup water
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add water, cilantro and tomatoes. Gently stir til all is mixed. On hot non-stick tawa or pan add little oil and spoon out about 4" diameter circles of batter. On medium heat cook til small bubbles form then flip them to other side. When done, it will spring back when pressed in the center. Serve hot. Makes 10 pudlas.
