Fruit crumble

Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 100 grams Regular Oats , 75 grams Brown Sugar, 75 grams Butter, salted, 75 grams 500-800 grams fruit (apples, plums, berries all work well)
Directions
Peel apples, stone plums or just wash berries.

Microwave 5 mins or place in a medium oven and cook until still firm but they start to smell yummy.

Rub butter into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs and then add the sugar and oats and mix well.

Sprinkle over the fruit to completely cover.

Bake for about 30 minutes at 200C/400F/Gas 6

Serve hot with custard (made with skimmed milk) or low fat ice cream - Also good cold for breakfast.
