Tuna Steak with sweet peppers, tomatoes and lime

Ingredients
4 tab olive oil4 shallots, finely chopped1 red pepper1 yellow pepper1 tab red wine vinegar1 lime (grated and juiced)2 tsp sugar4 tomatoessalt and pepper (to taste)4 tuna steaks (4 oz)14 basil leaves
Directions
heat 1/2 the oil in sauce pan. Saute shallots (5 min), chop and add peppers on low cover (10 min). Add vinegar, lime and sugar cook (5 min). remove lid, let liquid evaporate, add torn basil leaves.

meanwhile cook tuna (brushed with oil, seasoned with salt and pepper) on grill

pour sauce over tuna.
