1 cup Silk Light Soy Milk (plain)1/2 cup Stoneyfield Plain Lowfat Yogurt1/3 cup frozen strawberries1/3 cup frozen bananas1/3 cup frozen (can use fresh) kiwi2 packets Splenda
Directions
Blend all together in Smoothie Maker or blender for a rich, thick, healthy shake. It is a meal in itself.
