Ingredients
Pepper, black, 0.50 tsp (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.50 tsp (remove) Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (remove) Carrots, cooked, 2 cup slices (remove) Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup, 8 serving (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Brussels sprouts, cooked, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Makes 6 - 2cup servings.
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan
Bring to boil
Simmer until veggies tender
Remove half - cool - put in blender until smooth - add back to sauce pan
Warm through
Enjoy!!

If adding Soy noodles, skip blender step
