White Cheese Dip

Ingredients
Cut 16 oz of cheese up into squares. Using a double boiler, place water in bottom boiler and place other boiler on top. Add milk and cheese. Cook on medium low to medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook until all cheese is melted. (May add your favorite picante sauce for a different flavor)
