Savory kale, White Kidney Bean and Potatoe Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 large Carrots, raw, 3/4 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 clove Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water 2 cup (8 fl oz) White Wine, 8 fl oz (remove)*Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Rosemary, .5 tsp Sage, ground, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Beans, white, 2 cup Kale, 2 cup, chopped *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. heat the olive oil in a large bot over medium heat. Cook and stir the onion until soft and translucent. Stir in the carrots and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes.
2. Pour in the chicken broth, water and white wine, stir in potatoes, and herbs. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce hat to a medium low. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 min. Add the cannelini beans and kale, chile pepper and black pepper and simmer covered for 30 more minutes. enjoy!
