Quick Curried Pork

Ingredients
2 cans of low fat condensed cream of mushroom soup2 cans of 1% milk3 tbsp curry powder (or to taste)3 pork chops cut into strips or cubes
Directions
Mix together the soup and milk in a medium-sized sauce pan, and heat over medium high heat for about 5 minutes. Add curry powder and mix well. Add chopped up pork (or other meat) and continue to heat through (about another 5 minutes).

Serve over rice or rice noodles if desired.

Makes approximately 4 1-cup servings
