"Economical" Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups Egg noodles (dry)2 cans Tuna, packed in water1 cup frozen peas1 cup frozen mixed vegetables1 can cream of mushroom soup3/4 cup skim milk1/8 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*

Bring 4 cups of water to boil. Add noodles. Don't cook noodles for very long, only about 3-4 minutes. Rinse the noodles with cold water and put in casserole dish.

While noodles are boiling mix the rest of the ingrediants excluding the breadcrumbs in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and keep stirring.

Once soup mixture simmers, remove from heat and dump over the noodles in the casserole dish. Mix thouroughly.

Bake for 25 minutes covered. Remove cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
