Ingredients
1 Cup unsweetened 100% carrot juice1 cup spinach fresh, frozen1 cup of strawberries halved, frozen1 med banana frozen1/2 Cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
Directions
Blend spinach and oats in carrot juice until liquified.
Add in strawberries and banana blend to desired texture.

    I make a very similar smoothy and love it too! i use boiled carrots instead of juice, and i add yogurt, skim milk and a little bit of oj and agave-- my kids (who don't eat ANYTHING) LOVE them too. they don't know there's spinach and carrots in it. i'm gonna try the oatmeal too! - 12/24/10
