Pizza popovers

Ingredients
3/4 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 t baking powder2 eggs, lightly beaten8 oz. mozzarella cheese1 cup pepperoni, cut into small pieces
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray 2 regular size muffin tins with Pam©
2. In large bowl, sift together flour, whole wheat flour, and baking powder. Add milk and eggs; whisk until combined.
3. Fold cheese and pepperoni into batter. Spoon mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Serve with your choice of pizza sauce
