1.5 c shredded crab meat.25 c fat free shredded cheddar.25 c fat free sour cream1 c frozen peas1/4 c chopped onionsdillgarlic saltcracked pepper
Break up crab meat into bite-size pieces. Thaw peas under cold running water, drain, and add to crab. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Can substitute fat free mayo for sour cream.

Yummy,I did a makeover of this using some Dungeness crab legs that got put in the freezer, when New Years Party was cancelled due to weather. Normally I wouldn't make anything so decadent for just me..but its good to change that thinking around once in a while. I love the combo of crab and peas. - 1/13/13
