Chicken Manicotti

Ingredients
Manicotti (8)Chicken BreastParmesan cheeseMushroomsOlive OilTomato Sauce
Directions
Cook the chicken in 2 cups of water.
Season according to tastre.
Add italian seasonings, thyme, garlic powder, oregano, basil and salt and pepper.
Boil the chicken then puree in food processor. To make into a paste, add the cooking liquid to the processor.
Cook the manicotti according to directions.
Use a piping bag to insert the chicken into the manicotti.
In a small baking dish, add a layer of tomato sauce, add your stuffed shells on top and add 1/8 of parmesan cheese on top.
