Its a every day dish, nothing fancy but quite tasty. I might add some red bell peppers to give it a bit more taste. All make it again, its quick, good and simple! - 10/2/09

This was pretty tasty! The ricotta does kinda give it a grainy texture in the beef but it's definately yummy. I might mix the ketchup into the ricotta mix the next time to give it a more sweetness and flavor. Definately would make again. Hubby even liked it! - 5/8/08

was a good dish but seemed a little on the dry side when it was finished... taste was excellent just kept finding myself feeling like i was ending up with spaghetti with barey any sauce or anythng else other than tomatoes in it.. may make again but may try to tweak it for my family... - 3/10/14

I think this recipe was ok. The ketchup sort of ruined it for me. I would like to find something to use in its place. - 12/12/13

Loved IT! I cut down the spices to 1/2 Tbsp of Basil & Oregano. It was perfect! Picky 7 year old who hates meat unless it's chicken nuggets had seconds and told me, "The next time you make something I don't like make some of this for me to eat." Husband liked it too and both of them hate ketchup. - 10/20/11

I made this last night, and it was hit with the husband. Pretty easy to make, and very tasty (I added a whole bunch of spices though). - 4/14/11

Very, very yummy. I doubled the recipe. Instead of using 2 tomatoes, I used one large tomato and one can of diced tomatoes because that's what I had. I used olive oil instead of butter on the pasta. My husband and his friends really liked it. - 3/14/11
