Jiffy Fried Rice

Ingredients
1/2 c green bell pepper chopped small, 1/2 c sweet red peppers chopped small, 1/2 c vidalia or sweet onion chopped small, 1/2 any kind of Turkey Ham chopped small, 1-2 cloves of garlic chopped small, 1 large raw scrambled egg with 2 tbl spoons of water added, 2 Tbl spoons Lite soy sauce, 2 Tbl spoons olive oil or olive oil cooking spray, 3 cups of ready to use brown rice
Directions
Makes 6 3/4 cup servings: saute in a hot skillet green peppers, red peppers, turkey ham, onion, & garlic in olive oil. When veggie are almost cooked add brown rice and saute for about five minutes. make a well in middle of rice mixture and add eggs. Scramble the eggs as they cook. When eggs are cooked toss into rice mixture and remove from heat. Add soy sauce and serve.
