get your food processor out and put the slicing attachment on...begin by slicing a whole onion, three celery stocks, leafy green tops included, two carrots and a large tomato...last chop two chicken breast and four frozen turkey burgers...add but do not chop two cans chili beans, two cups spagetti sauce preferably healthy choice as it is lower in fat and calories...place all these items into a heavy stock pot, heat on medium high until gently boiling...add chili powder, paperika, garlic,salt and pepper and two cups water, or less for thicker chili...simmer on low heat two hours
this makes eight two cup servings that can be also served over noodles as chili spagetti or baked corn chips for a healthier version of nachos...makes great left overs and can be cooked in crock pot also, reduce water for spagetti and nacho version
