SPICY BAKED SHRIMP 2 T lemon juice 1 T honey 2 t dried parsley flakes 2 t Creole seasoning (I use Emeril's Essence) 1 t olive oil 2 t reduced sodium soy sauce 1 lb large fresh shrimp Spray 11x7x1.5 baking dish with cooking spray. Ad lemon juice and next 5 ingredients. Stir well. Add shrimp, toss well to coat. Bake 450 for 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir occasionally. Yield: 4 servings 121 calories; 6.1g carb; 2.8g fat; 0 fiber; 17.5g protein; 129mg cholesterol; 28mg sodium; 46mg calcium; 2.2mg iron; 3 WW points
