Broiled Talapia Filets

Ingredients
6 4oz Talapia Filets1/2 cup Almond Choice flour1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 tsp garlic powder (less if you are not a garlic lover1/2 tsp onion powder1/8 - 1/4 tsp paprika1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper1 egg1/4 cup organic fat free milk or soy milkfresh ground Sea Salt to tate (optional)Lemon slices (optional)
Directions
Preheat broiler
Mix all dry ingredients well
beat egg and milk together
wash talapia filets with egg mixture
coat filet completely with coating mix
place in olive oil sprayed baking dish in broiler for on bottm rack for 11-14 minutes (longer depending on thicknes of filets)
Remove from oven when golden brown
Serve hot, use sea salt to taste and a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.
