Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp*Onion - Raw, chopped, 1 cupPumpkin, canned, without salt, 5 cupChicken Broth, 5 cup (8 fl oz)Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup, fluid Thyme, ground, 1 tsp*Table Salt, 1 tbsp
Directions
Sautee chopped onion in 2 tbsp coconut oil
Add Pumpkin puree and chicken broth
Bring to a simmer
Add Heavy Whipping Cream
Add Thyme and Salt
