1.5 lb * Ground beef, lean, 24 oz (remove)1 can * SW Organic Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup (remove)1 can * SW Organic Tomato Paste, 10 tbsp (remove)1 jar * *Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 3.5 cup (remove)1 cup * Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices (remove)1 medium * *fresh onion, 1 cup (remove)4-6 * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)1 T * *dried oregano, 3 tsp (remove)1 T * *basil, dried, 3 tsp (remove)1 T * *fresh garlic (3 cloves per serving), 9 gram(s) (remove)1 T Black pepper1 lb * Dreamfields Pasta, cooked (pasta), 500 grams (remove)1 cup divided * Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 12 tbsp (remove)
Serves 6.
Boil 1 gal water, salted, covered for pasta.
Brown beef, chop onion and mushrooms, saute until onions are clear. Add remaining sauce ingredients, stir and cover. Simmer.
Add pasta to boiling water, cook according to pkg directions.
Mix cooked pasta with sauce, serve topped with parmesan cheese.
