Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oat bran1/2 cup splenda1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 large eggs1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup fat free milk1/8 cup walnuts3 mashed bananas
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Pour into muffin tins lined with paper liners sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake 30 minutes at 350... makes 18 servings
