Zucchini Scallop skewers

Ingredients
Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Scallops, raw, 7 oz Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash *Lemon Juice, .5 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Paprika, 1 tbsp
Directions
cut zucchini into half moons. Take the salt and pepper, olive oil and lemon juice and put it into a shallo dish, take the scallops and zucchini and alternate onto a skewer. marinate 5 minutes on each side. then either grill on an outdoor BBQ or on a skillet indoors. 5 minutes each side.
