unfried fried brown rice & veggies

Ingredients
2/3 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup each of your favorite fresh vegatablessuggestion) onions, bean sprouts, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms2 tbsp vegetable stock1 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter (lite)1/2 tsp soy sauce1 tsp garlic1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
saute' vegetables in vegetable stock in a wok or large pan about 5 minutes
remove from pan, set aside
add butter substitute, garlic, pepper flakes and rice
cook 2-3 minutes
add soy sauce and veggies
toss in skillet for 2-3 minutes
serve

(optional) add a protein
4 oz. cooked chicken, shrimp, salmon, tuna, beef, pork
