Low Calorie Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1/2 c olive oil1 c bell peppers chopped1 c onions chopped2 cloves garlic minced30 ounces dark red kidney beans (low sodium) -drained and washed29 ounces crushed tomatoes1 c water1 lb ground turkey1 tablespoon chili powder1 tsp coriander1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp salt
Directions
In a skillet, heat oil over low heat. Add bell peppers, onions and garlic. Cook until tender.

Add beans, tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, coriander, cayenne pepper and salt. Simmer 25 minutes.
