1 can black beans drained and rinsed 3 lg slices pickled jalapeno2 small scallions1 tsp fresh chopped cilantro2 Tbs olive oil1 Tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/2 tsp cuminJuice of one half lime
Directions
Throw everything into the food processor and hit it! Add a little water if it's too thick.
