Scallops with sucuk and mushroom

Ingredients
* *Sucuk, Maret Boncuk, 50 gram * Scallops, raw, 2 unit 2 large or 5 small * Portabella Mushrooms, 20 grams * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 6 leaf outer
Directions
Slice the sucuk and place on a grill.
Grill in the oven for 5 minutes on 1 side then turn over.

Whilst the sucuk is grilling add 1 teaspoon of olive oil into a non stick pan and add the Scallps and cook.

Slice up the portobello mushroom and add to the pan with the scallops.

Once the Sucuk is grilled add that into the pan aswell.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and place on a plate.

Serve the Scallops and sucuk on the salad and dress with the remaining Olive oil.

if you prefer you can dress with Lemon juice instead of the whole of the ammount of oil.
