Sauteed Spinach & Pine Nuts

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Shallots Coarsly Chopped1 Package (10 oz) Fresh Spinach3 Small Garlic Cloves smashed & finely chopped2 Tbsp Pine Nuts2-3 dashes Black Pepper2 Dashes Sea Salt
Directions
Heat olive oil until it easily coats a sautee pan.
Add shallots & cook until carmelized on medium high heat
Add garlic cloves & continue to cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add pine nuts & cook for another minute stirring constantly
Add Spinach and sautee until wilted & evenly coated with other ingredients.
Add pepper & sea salt.
Toss in pan and serve immediately.
