Ingredients
1/3 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats (28 g)1/2 cup plain, fat free yogurt (4 oz)2 Tbsp. almond milk (or other milk you like) (1 oz)1/4 tsp. coconut extractscant tsp. pure maple syrup (5 g)scant Tbsp. mini chocolate chips (12 g)scant tsp. coconut (4 g)scant tsp. chopped almonds (4 g)
Directions
Combine yogurt, milk, syrup, and coconut extract in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well, and serve cold.

    I used cherry yogurt since we didn't have plain, so I skipped the syrup. Also used walnuts instead of almonds. I want to try the recipe as written, but I think it's a great one to experiment with. Quick, easy, and delicious. Don't leave the coconut extract out! - 8/12/12
