Buschetta Chicken Pasta

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast3 tbsp olive oil3 cups tomatoes, chopped1/4 basil, chiffonade1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated2 cups water1 tbsp salt1/4 tsp liquid smokebalsamic reduction sauce8 oz angel hair pasta
Make the brine for the chicken. Combine water, salt, and liquid smoke.
Pound the chicken out to about 1/2 inch thick. Brine for 1 hour.
Combine tomatoes, olive oil and basil. Let sit in the fridge for about an hour.
Boil water for the pasta. Cook the pasta.
Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken until done, set on a plate to rest.
Slice the chicken and toss with the pasta and tomato mixture. Add the parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic reduction sauce.
